TYME OUT has large, youth-friendly meeting spaces furnished with beanbag chairs and cushions, informal small group areas, a recreation room and gym, and open dormitories with separate wings for boys and girls. Outdoor activities include campfire, volleyball, basketball and a low challenge course. TYME OUT's facilities are wheelchair accessible.

The space and programs at TYME OUT are open to youth of all races, religions and socio-economic backgrounds.

The facilities can be rented to groups, with scheduling preference given to youth groups over adult groups.
